The offline client is specially geared for use in environments without network connectivity. You can load and save test cases to the offline client while being connected to the server. After disconnection, you can execute the test cases and save all the results. After reconnecting to the server, all results can be synchronized with the server so that you can report all test results and plan the next test runs.
