Stop the appropriate agent if it is running and backup the existing agent folder if necessary.
Extract the new version of the appropriate agent to a temporary folder. Make a hardcopy of the agent Files and put it into the existing agent folder without copying the config-file. Afterwards, compare the existing config-file with the new config-file and apply any changes as necessary.
