Views

Within the navigation, it is possible to create different sortings and groups. These can be saved in views in order to switch between them. Views can be marked as favorites to find them quickly. Besides that, they can be public, or private. To see existing views, click . A side bar will appear, where you see all existing views, grouped by favorite, mine and public.

If you would like to create a new view, first sort and group the items as you need. To do so, click either on 'Filter items' or 'Show filter row'.

The first will open the filter builder, where you can select columns and values for the filter.

The latter will show a search row above your item list, where you can filter on the fly.

You can also select the columns that should be shown. To do so, click on select columns, and simply drag & drop them to your view.

You can show the group panel in order to group by one column. Simply drag it and drop it on the group panel. You can also right-click the column and select 'Group by this Column'.

As soon as the view looks as expected, click 'New view' under 'My views'. A window will open where you can define the view, e.g. if it should be public or not. Public allows other users in the given project to see and apply your view accordingly. Furthermore you can decide for which item types the view should be applicable.

To mark a view as favorite, right-click it or click on the three dots next to it. A context menu appears, where you can select 'Add to favorites'. Here, you can also share the view (make it public) or duplicate it and copy it to other projects.
