Notifications
In addition to Project Notifications, you can define if you or a colleague should be notified on changes for individual items.
Watchers
If you want to be informed on a specific item, open this item in aqua Web.
Click on 
to add yourself to CC. Please note, that depending on your project notifications, it might be that you will be notified twice. Check your notifications, before adding yourself as watcher.

You can also choose colleagues that should be informed once on a specific item, i.e. to send them this item to have a look at it. To do so, open this item in aqua Web.
Click on 
. Now you can select the user and define the text that should be send to him via email. Send the message directly, or open your email client to refine the message and send it via your client. Anyway, the user will receive an email.
