Remote Support

In case of problems, you will have the chance to get remote support, that is, we are looking directly via remote desktop on your environment so that you can demonstrate your problem. Either you provide your own software that allows us to inspect your environment (e.g. WebEx, GotoMeeting, TeamViewer etc.) or you allow us to connect via GotoMeeting. In this case, we send you an invitation via email that contains a link to the required software.
